How to Change Lazy

I may be active now, but there was a time when I gained 25 pounds for no good reason other than boredom and lack of exercise. I couldn't blame my metabolism or being too busy. I just got lazy. And once you get lazy, it's hard to change into an active person - but I did. So for those of you in that place, here are my suggestions.

First, make yourself a list of the top three reasons you want to get healthy, or to lose weight. Really think about that. Knowing your "why", or all 3 of those reasons, will help you stay on track as you make the changes needed to get healthy.

Second, think about how you got to where you are now.

Third, find realistic ways that you can make changes to your lifestyle that will get you healthy.
We all lead busy lives, but we only get one. Make the most out of it by living healthy, not lazy.
